As scheduled, Better Investing is switching to the Morningstar Data source today. So far, everything seems to be progressing smoothly. If you subscribe to the Better Investing Stock Data Service, you will notice the Data Source popup button in the Stock Investment Guide software will display “Other” for the source instead of Better Investing. This occurs because of the different value now used by BI in the .ssg data file.
I will adjust the routine to accommodate the difference in the next update. Meanwhile, users can manually change the value before saving.
