have a special email menu item in the Help menu. This menu
allows you to email support directly.

you purchase software from Churr, you receive an email
message with instruction for downloading/installing your
purchase. Keep this email for future reference in case
you need help with your order. If you don't receive the
email with the instructions, check your Junk Mail
folder.
